Signatureglobal (India) acquires 25.75 acres land in Gurugram

NEW DELHI: Signatureglobal (India) has acquired approximately 25.75 acres land in Gurugram for development of a group housing project, the company said in a BSE filing.
“The company has entered into a sale deed dated 23 October, 2023 for acquiring a land parcel admeasuring approximate 25.75 acres located at village Fazilpur, Gurugram, Haryana, for development of
a group housing project,” it said in the regulatory filing.
The land has the overall development potential of approximate 3.25 million sq ft. According to the company’s red hearing prospectus, it is in advance discussions with landowner to enter
in to a joint development agreement for 16.12 acres land and has entered into a term sheet in the same vicinity.

It is also in advance discussions with landowner to enter in to a collaboration agreement for the
development of 4.26 acres land in the same locality.
It recorded a increase of 37.57% in Pre-sales to Rs 1,861.39 crore in for H1 FY24 as against Rs 1,353.01
crore in H1 FY23.
The company reported 64.92% growth in collections at Rs 1,327.45 crore in H1 FY24 while its sales
realization grew to approximately Rs 9,800 per sq. ft. from about Rs 7,425 per sq. ft. in H1 FY23.
