Settl launches four co-living facilities in Gurugram

NEW DELHI: Settl, a managed accommodation platform, plans to establish four new facilities
in Gurugram, offering a total capacity of 200 beds, the company said in a media release.
The company is presently operating 1,200 beds and is plans to reach 3,000 operational beds by
December 2022. The brand plans to provide 1,000 beds by the end of 2022 in Gurugram.
“We provide end-to-end solutions including everything that one might need in the name of
facility and service. Following the overwhelming response in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, now we
are foraying in Gurugram, expecting a similar response,” said Ashok Reddy Sagar, co-founder
of the company.

In last 18 months, it has expanded to 22 properties across three cities- Bengaluru, Hyderabad,
and Gurugram.
Settl recently raised its seed round worth $500,000 from ah! Ventures, We Founder Circle and
others.
