Registration for 5,500 flats in Delhi to begin on June 30
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to begin the registrations for 5,500 flats
from 12 pm on June 30 under its Phase IV Housing Scheme.
The flats are located in Jasola (having 40 High Income Group or HIG flats), Dwarka (having 50 Middle Income Group or MIG flats), Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, Siraspur and Narela. In Narela, there are 149 MIG flats in addition to Low Income Group (LIG) and Economic Weaker Section (EWS) flats. The registration fee will be Rs 1,000 irrespective of the kind of flat buyers are applying for. The fee is non-refundable.Then, a window of 4-5 days will be given to buyers to visit the sample flats at each site and do a booking of their choice of flat. An online portal will also be launched for the purpose of booking the flats online.
