GREATER NOIDA: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) on Monday launched a commercial plot scheme for malls and shopping complexes across various sectors. Some of the areas where these plots are being offered include sectors 10, Pi 1, and Techzone 7 and 12.
The plots range from 2,500 to 12,000 square metres and are being offered at four times FAR (floor area ratio) for Rs 60,000 to Rs 66,000 per sqm.
Applications for the scheme can be submitted on GNIDA’s website till November 12 and final bids will be opened on November 23, officials said.
Naveen Kumar Singh, in-charge of the commercial department, GNIDA, said, “We have launched 11 commercial plots for those planning to set up high-end malls and shopping complexes in Greater Noida. We felt that along with increasing industrial and commercial activities, the demand for new business establishments have also increased in Greater Noida.”
According to Narendra Bhooshan, CEO of GNIDA, the allottees would be given possession of plots within a month from the date of allotment.
“There are no obstructions on these plots. Allottees will be able to start and complete their projects on time,” he said.
All necessary documents related to the scheme, including the application form, can be downloaded from www.greaternoidaauthority.in and SBI’s site https://etender.sbi from October 18 to November 8. “This facility has started,” said Singh.
