Omaxe’s net loss widens to Rs 87.38 crore in Q2 FY23
NEW DELHI: Omaxe has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 87.38 crore in the
quarter ended September 30, 2022. It had recorded loss after tax of Rs 42 crore in the
corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated income stood at Rs 122.28 crore in Q2 FY23, a dip of 36.09
per cent from Rs 191.34 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Arun Kumar Pandey retired from the position of chief financial officer (CFO) of the company with
effect from close of business hours on November 14, 2022. Manoj Kumar Dua has been
appointed as the new CFO of the company with
effect from November 15, 2022.
During the quarter ended September 30, 2022 three companies becomes as wholly owned
subsidiary companies of the Company namely Colors Real Estate, Ludhiana Wholesale
Market and Omaxe New Amritsar Developers, it said in the regulatory filing.
