KGK Realty and Dhoot Infra takes over Sare Gurgaon project, to help 1200 homebuyers
A consortium of KGK Realty (India) Limited and Dhoot Infrastructure Projects Limited has taken over
the group housing project, Sare Gurugram, after the NCLT cleared the resolution plan for the project.
The move will help over 1200 homebuyers and the company has already started giving possession.
Sare Homes, a 47-acre project has 4 million square feet of residential space. The second piece of land
parcel of 17 acres has a further potential of 2 million square feet of residential space which planned for a
launch in end of 2024.
Sare Gurugram Private Limited was initially developing this group housing project in Sector 92,
Gurugram, when it faced financial difficulties and went into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
(CIRP) in March 2021, leading to a delay of 3 years to 8 years in the delivery of homes.
“Homebuyers who have been waiting for their homes since 2011 have started getting their apartments.
The balance work will also be completed in the 18 months timeline,” said Ajay Munot, Founder Eka Life
Ltd.
The company has invested Rs 140 crore so far in the project.
“We understand the dreams and aspirations of homebuyers, and it has been our utmost priority to ensure
that over 1200 buyers at Sare Gurugram see their dreams realized,” said Piyush Dhoot of Dhoot Infra.
During the CIRP period, the consortium took on the role of development manager and actively worked
towards reviving the project.
“We will launch the residential development on the balance 17-acre land whenever the Dwarka
Expressway is ready. Till then the focus is on to deliver flats to homebuyers,” said Munot.
