Housr ventures into rental homes business

NEW DELHI: Co-living start-up Housr has ventured into rental homes business with Housr
Homes, the company said in a media release.
The company will be offering fully-furnished and managed 1,2 & 3 BHK apartments with rents
starting at around Rs 25-30,000 per month for a single room. “The rent would vary for each
property depending upon the city, type of inventory, location and demand,” the company said.
“We are expanding our market presence and widening our audience from single working
professionals to working couples through this product,” said Deepak Anand, co-founder and
CEO of the company

In order to avoid brokerage fees for the residents, Housr has also tied up with various online
platforms for property buyers & sellers to locate properties.
It will also create its own tech platform for listing its properties as well as for owners/developers
to list their properties on it.
After establishing Housr Homes in National Capital Region (NCR), Pune and Hyderabad, the
start-up plans to expands its operations to other tier I and II cities including Mumbai, Bengaluru
and Ahmedabad in near future
