Ganga Realty to invest Rs 750 crore to develop affordable housing project in Gurugram

NEW DELHI: Gurugram-based Ganga Realty will invest Rs 750 crore to develop an affordable
housing project – Tathastu in sector 5, Sohna, the company said in a media release.
Spread across approximately 22 acres, the project will offer 3 BHK apartments with carpet area
of 645.73 sq ft at a price of Rs 25.14 lakh.
Vikas Garg, joint managing director of the company said that the project is ‘self-funded’. “The
entire investment would be met through internal accruals and customer advances,” he said. The company will develop 14 towers with around 2,972 affordable units. The project is expected
to be delivered by the first quarter of 2027.
The company also claims to be completely debt-free.
