The company is currently developing 19 boutique apartments in Central Delhi, next to Oberoi flagship hotel. The companies are also in talks to develop similar super luxury apartments in Bangalore and Goa, in addition to expanding in Delhi.
“Before Covid-19, we finalised the concept and design of the project and decided to market it now when the structure is ready, and interior work has been initiated,” said Bhagat. The apartment sizes will be in the range of 4000-8000 sq. ft and price will range between Rs 25 crore to Rs 40 crore.

The amenities in the development like resident’s lounges, gymnasium concierge services and terrace lounge spread over 8000 sq. ft., with an outdoor screen and sitting areas for residents.“This particular project will be called Trident residences. The residents will get priority services and reservations from the nearby Oberoi Hotel New Delhi,” Bhagat said. The company has also signed with Oberois for a Villa Project in Bengaluru where land acquisition is underway.
Trident Residence has also tied up with boutique real estate consultancy firm southdelhiprime.com for the sale of residences.

“For the HNI buyers who are more concerned about who will be their neighbour, who will manage the facilities, this project is the perfect option. Two penthouses have been sold to billionaire industrialists and we are getting a lot of queries,” said Rohit Chopra, founder of Southdelhiprime.com.

The residents can also enjoy facilities such as priority reservations at the nearby Oberois Hotel New Delhi.

The company is expected to deliver the project by next year. The sale and supply of luxury homes reached a new high in Q1 2022, with the highest sales and supply in three years driven by pent-up demand, benign interest rates, and stable prices.Luxury property accounted for 12% of overall sales in Q1 2022, up from 7% in Q1 2019, as ultra-high-net-worth individuals hurried to purchase larger homes to accommodate the need for more room during the pandemic.
