About 1.5 lakh Amrapali buyers await SC ruling to pave way for registry
GREATER NOIDA: A Supreme Court hearing is scheduled for Friday on the matter of Amrapali (item no 301) in which the hearing will take place on the interest dues part between the authority and builder.
This is expected to pave the way for the registry of over 1.5 lakh flat owners of GB Nagar.
The hearing is on the review petition filed by the authority in respect to an earlier decision regarding the interest dispute part in the matter filed by Ace Group.
“The decision, whatever, would be binding on both the builder and authorities and shall end the conflict related to the interest part of the due,” said Abhishek Kumar president Noida Extension Flat Owner Welfare Association (NEFOWA).
The SC ruling would lead towards the final calculation of dues following which, registry of flat owners would be facilitated as soon as the builders clear their dues.
