Greater Noida development body offers 75 acres for industrial plot scheme
GREATER NOIDA: After May this year, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a second industrial plot scheme in Ecotech-10.
Under the scheme, about 74.5 acres of land is to be allotted through six plots of different square metres.
Both fast track and direct allotment plans are offered under the scheme which expects investments above Rs 200 crore.
While Uttar Pradesh has got the second position in the ease of doing business format, the GNIDA takes this forward and has planned allotment of industrial plots scheme in sector Ecotech 10.
Under the scheme, six industrial plots ranging from 40,470 sqms to 80,940sqms with a total area comprising about 75 acres is up for allotment.
While online applications for the scheme can be made on nivesh mitra website from June 18 to July 2, allotment will commence post-July 2 through both fast track and direct interview-based allotment. The plots in sector Ecotech 10 include 91A (10 acres), 91B (10 acres), 92 (20 acres), 93 (13 acres), 94 (1.5 acre) and 95 (20 acres).
“A minimum of Rs 7 crore per acre investment is a must qualify for the allotment,” said GNIDA CEO Narendra Bhooshan.
Earlier on May 26, the GNIDA had launched a similar industrial plot scheme (of 41 plots) ranging from 905 to 4061.37sqm in sectors Ecotech 10 and 11.
Investments worth Rs 93 crore are expected from these allotments which comprise a total area of 83,000sqm.
