315Work Avenue lease out 22,000 sq ft co-working space to MoEngage

NEW DELHI: 315Work Avenue, a co-working space provider, has leased out 22,000 sq ft office space to MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, in Koramangala, Bengaluru. This office space has seating capacity of 450.

Manas Mehrotra, founder of the company said, “Co-working space segment has also emerged as the fastest-growing asset class within the office space industry.

With low or zero upfront capital expenditure, managed office spaces are far more structured in terms of threshold limit for space and lease commitment, offering an opportunity to enterprises to scale up.”

The company currently manages around 30,000 seats spread over 1.5 million sq ft in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune. It plans to double its portfolio over a period of next one year.
