315Work Avenue lease out 40,000 sq ft to Webasto Group in Pune

NEW DELHI: 315Work Avenue, a co-working space provider, has leased out around 40,000 sq
ft to Webasto Group at CapitaLand IT Park, Kharadi, Pune, the company said in a media
release.
Manas Mehrotra, founder of the company said, “The demand for co-working office spaces has
been robust in recent times and large enterprises are signing up flexible spaces in the hybrid
context. The demand has also been fuelled by the adoption of the hub and spoke model across
industries to diversify risk and make capex more efficient that would enable companies to scale
up.”
The company recently leased out 400 seats to Jupiter, a digital banking platform, in HSR
Layout, Bengaluru.
315Work Avenue currently manages about 30,000 seats across multiple locations in Bengaluru,
Mumbai and Pune. The company plan to double its portfolio from the current 1.5 million sq ft to
about 3 million sq ft by the end of this financial year.
